A lockdown birthday Treat!
Grease a baking sheet with butter.
Put the butter, icing sugar, plain flour, corn flour, and vanilla extract into a bowl and mix well.
Pipe the mixture using a large star nozzle, or place spoonfuls onto the tray, keeping them well spaced.
Bake for 12-15 mins.
Filling
Mix the butter and icing sugar together, add the vanilla extract and beat until smooth. Spread the mixture and jam on the biscuits.
