Going bananas in lockdown!
Pre-heat the oven to 180C/160C (fan) and line a 2lb baking tin with baking powder.
Cream together the butter and dugar, then add the eggs and flour.
Gently stir in the tsp of baking powder and the mashed bananas.
Pour mixture into the lined baking tin and place in the heated oven for about 30 mins or until a knife or skewer comes out clean.
Allow the cake to cool, then add 2-3tsp of water to the icing sugar and drizzle over.
