Not quite world-famous... yet.
Place the flour and the beaten egg in two separate bowls. Fill a third bowl with the breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion granules, and cumin. Mix thoroughly. Cut the chicken breasts into thin pieces.
Prepare each nugget one at a time. Dip the chicken pieces into the flour, making sure to cover it. Then, dip into the beaten egg, covering it. Dip the piece into the breadcrumb mixture until the whole piece is coated in breadcrumbs. Put to one side. Do this for all of the chicken pieces.
Heat a generous amount of oil in a pan and place the nuggets into it. Turn the nuggest frequently until the breadcrumbs are sealed and a healthy chicken-nugget-brown.
